Transportation Coordinator

THE COMPANY

River Cree Resort and Casino is a full-service/state of the art hotel and entertainment establishment located on the Enoch Nation (outside of Edmonton, Alberta).  You will be involved in creating a culture based on outstanding customer service and customer loyalty. 

THE ROLE

The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for the day to day operation of the Employee Shuttle and Bus Tours, which is a part of the Guest Services Department.   Key responsibilities include the following:

 

•  Hiring, coaching, and performance management of associates
• Effective scheduling and payroll responsibilities
• Coordinate and execute all bus tours
• Coordinate maintenance for shuttle vehicle
• Act as a liaison between Valet and Casino
• Any other duties as required.

 

 THE INDIVIDUAL

• High School diploma and a hospitality diploma would be an asset
• Two to five years of supervisory experience
• Proficient with computers
• Minimum two years experience in the gaming, promotions, events, hospitality or customer-service industry
