THE ROLE

• Responsible for greeting the guests, seating them and explaining any specials or other relevant information.
• Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services for diners.
• Assigns work tasks and coordinates activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service to patrons.
• Assist the servers and aisle attendants where necessary (i.e.: clearing plates, setting tables)

THE INDIVIDUAL

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must have previous customer service experience, preferably in a related environment.
• Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours/day.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
