Table Games Trainer

 

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Director of Table Games/Games Managers this individual will be dynamic in their ability to teach all the different games offered by the TG department.Knowledge of Microsoft Office and professional etiquette is a must. Experience in casino operations and customer service preferred.Fluency in all table games is a requirement.

 

 

JOB SUMMARY

• Ensure the guest is being provided with superior customer serviceA passion for excellent service and the organization’s vision
• Commitment to learning what our customers' needs and wants are
• Encourage mutual accountability in service and inspiring others
• Run day to day operations of the TG training room.
• Assist in the design and implementation of TG procedures, testing, manuals etc.
• Train/test and follow through on the game knowledge and skills of the members of the TG department.
• Apprise the Director and Games Managers of test outcomes, training etc.
• Learn new games as they become available.
• Liaise with other Resort departments.
• Any other duties as required.

 THE INDIVIDUAL.

• University or College education preferred.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office (primarily Word and Excel) preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in a casino necessary.
• Strong internal/external customer service skills.
• Fluency in game knowledge.

• Ability to work in an environment that can be stressful due to time constraints and guidelines.
• Familiarity with a regulated industry.
• Previous teaching/training role in a casino setting.
