Table Games Trainer
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Director of Table Games/Games Managers this individual will be dynamic in their ability to teach all the different games offered by the TG department.Knowledge of Microsoft Office and professional etiquette is a must. Experience in casino operations and customer service preferred.Fluency in all table games is a requirement.
JOB SUMMARY

- Encourage mutual accountability in service and inspiring others
- Run day to day operations of the TG training room.
- Assist in the design and implementation of TG procedures, testing, manuals etc.
- Train/test and follow through on the game knowledge and skills of the members of the TG department.
- Apprise the Director and Games Managers of test outcomes, training etc.
- Learn new games as they become available.
- Liaise with other Resort departments.
- Any other duties as required.
THE INDIVIDUAL.
- University or College education preferred.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office (primarily Word and Excel) preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience in a casino necessary.
- Strong internal/external customer service skills.
- Fluency in game knowledge.
- Ability to work in an environment that can be stressful due to time constraints and guidelines.
- Familiarity with a regulated industry.
- Previous teaching/training role in a casino setting.
