THE ROLE

Reporting to the Director of Table Games this individual will be dynamic in their ability to handle multiple and varied tasks in the day to day functioning of the Table Games Department.A fluency in Microsoft Office and professional etiquette is a must. Experience in casino operations and customer service preferred.

  • Assist TG Director in the day to day administration of department.
  • Monitor associate schedule, time and attendance and vacation/LOA policies.
  • Coordinate appointments and calendar for the Director.
  • Schedule department and interdepartmental meetings.
  • Liaise with other Resort departments.
  • Any other duties as required.

 THE INDIVIDUAL

  • University or College education preferred.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office (primarily Word and Excel) required.
  • Previous experience in a casino and/or office setting preferred.
  • Strong internal/external customer service skills.
  • Experience in writing reports and working with financial documents is an asset.
  • Ability to work in an environment that can be stressful due to time constraints and guidelines.
  • Familiarity with a regulated industry.
  • Experience preparing purchase orders….etc…
