Slot Banker
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Lead Slot Banker / Slot Shift Manager, the Slot Banker will ensure they promote and maintain the utmost integrity and highest caliber of customer service and respect to all guests, associates and AGLC personnel.
- Ensure the guest is being provided with superior customer service.

- Adhere to all established policies and procedures for effective and secure cash flow
- Required to distribute / verification of large amounts of currency
- Supply floats to the cashiers and slot attendant’s with replenishments
- Responsible for daily deposit and reconciling paperwork
- Responsible for assigned cash float and accurate counts
- Identify and report counterfeit currency
- Responsible for the administration of hand pays to slot attendants as well as the maintenance of all applicable paperwork
- Monitor and report risks and safety concerns to ensure a safe environment for both associates and guests
- Support and communicate with all associates within the casino gaming floor
- Responsible for the daily execution of operational goals and objectives
- Actively promote the Casino’s Player’s Club Program
- Strong time management skills
- Must be able to work with numbers accurately
- Familiarity of computers
- Required to process transactions with cashiers, attendants, other internal outlets
- May be required to assist in areas of the Slot Cage/Slot Floor/Count Room
- Any Other Duties as required
THE INDIVIDUAL
- High School Diploma an asset
- Introductory to accounting an asset
- 1 – 2 years of casino slot industry experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience with handling a large sum of currency an asset
- Must be able to register with AGLC
