Security Office Administrator
THE COMPANY
River Cree Resort and Casino is a full-service/state of the art hotel and entertainment establishment located on the Enoch Nation (outside of Edmonton, Alberta). You will be involved in creating a culture based on outstanding customer service and customer loyalty.
THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Director of Security, the Office Administrator is responsible to design and implement office policies, establish paper work flow standards and policies, organize office procedures, prepare payroll, coordinate and prepare correspondence with all stakeholders, maintain office equipment and supplies, cost, order and distribute uniforms and equipment, conduct clerical and administrative duties as required by the Director of Security.
JOB SUMMARY
- Provide superb customer service to associates, customers and resort departments including management.
- Design and implement office policies and procedures with respect to office operations.
- Good working knowledge of budgets.
- Establish a paperwork flow standards, including forms and policies.
- Organize office procedures.
- Establish a filing system.
- Prepare correspondence.
- Prepare payroll.
- Maintain office equipment and supplies.
- Cost, order and distribute uniforms and equipment.
- Conduct clerical and administrative duties as required.
- Other duties as required.
THE INDIVIDUAL
- Office Administration Certificate. A combination of work experience and other related education may be considered.
- The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience as an Office Administrator.
- High level of experience with record keeping.
- Have excellent organizational skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills, creating and maintaining a file system.
- Strong organizational skills, paying strong attention to detail.
- Be a fast learner and a self-starter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
