Promotions Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY
The Promotions Coordinator is responsible for providing a value-added experience to all Resort guests throughout our property. Primary duties include the development and communication of Resort Club promotion plans including overall tactical implementation, critical paths and wrap-up reports.
Development and implementation of promotions and events slot tournaments, monthly promotional strategies, Resort Club reward strategies.
Assist in development and coordination of Resort Newsletter and content.
Guest satisfaction of Resort promotions, events, services and the Resort Club card.
Coordinated implementation of Resort Club promotions and events.
Assist in emceeing at promotions and events.
Daily execution of operational goals and objectives for promotions, events.
Liaise with other department associates in guest satisfaction resolution and Resort Club programming.
Work with the Database analyst with reports and data to prepare or improve promotions and events.
Monitor internal Music and digital signage and monitor kiosks.
Production and update of digital signage until transfer to other Marketing area.
Assist in Production of kiosks visuals and powerpoint (unless moved to other Marketing area.
Work with Paragon Bus Tour coordinator.
Represent the Resort throughout the facility and be available to answer any questions guests may have.
Liaise with other department associates in guest satisfaction with all Resort promotions, events, services and the Resort Club card.
Any other duties as required.
THE INDIVIDUAL
Hospitality, marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field diploma.
Two to five years of applicable on-the-job experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications: word, excel, power point and outlook.
Proficient in graphics applications.
Supervisory or Management training.
Minimum 2 years experience in the gaming, promotions, events, hospitality, or customer-service industry.
Minimum two years experience in a supervisory role.
