Barback

THE ROLE
Reporting to the outlet Manager, the Barback will be responsible to assist the Bartender with stocking supplies, making coffee and general cleaning.
- Promotes positive customer relations.
- Makes coffee as needed.
- Stocks beer, wine, liquor, ice, mixers and dry goods.
- Washes and stocks glassware and utensils.
- Cleans bar area.
- Performs other duties deemed necessary or requested by the Bartender or Management.
THE INDIVIDUAL
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Up to 6 months beverage experience is an asset.
Good health and personal hygiene.
- Has an interest in learning about food and beverage service.
- Has a cheerful, positive attitude.
- Able to work well in a team environment.
- Good with dealing with stressful situations.
