Lead Slot Attendant
JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Slot Shift Manager, the Lead Slot Attendant must report all operational exceptions/concerns to Slot Management. The Lead Slot Attendant must promote and maintain the utmost integrity and the highest caliber of customer service and respect to all guests, associates, and AGLC personnel. The position must ensure the Slot Floor is operating efficiently and is effective in driving profitability while performing all duties of a Slot Attendant.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure the slot floor meets desired presentation for our guests through out hours of operation.

- Perform all duties of a Slot Attendant
- Ensure proper implementation of established procedures and controls for effective and secure cash flow ( i,e, float assignment, cash out reconciliation, etc…)
- Ensure proper implementation of established policies and procedures pertaining to the slot floor
- Notify the Slot Shift Manager when event times exceed the established performance goal threshold
- Ensure all slot operations are in compliance with AGLC Terms and Conditions
- Monitor and report risk and safety concerns to ensure a safe environment for both associates and guests
- Direct the floor associates when required for proper floor coverage
- Support and communicate between all applicable departments associated with the Casino gaming floor
- Responsible for the daily execution of operational goals and objectives
- Gain an extensive knowledge of the Casino’s Resort Club
- Ensure slot floor meets desired presentation for our guests, sections are clean and tidy throughout hours of operation
- Deal directly with guest incidents as they occur
- Relay any associate related concerns to the Slot Shift Manager
- Facilitate the pull when required
- Facilitate training with entry of new slot employees to the slot floor
- Key control
- Any other duties as required
THE INDIVIDUAL
- High school Diploma an asset
- 1-2 years demonstrated experience as a slot attendant preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Power point and Excel an asset
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to lead people in different position levels to reach departmental objectives
- Able to adapt to procedural changes when deemed necessary by house or AGLC guidelines
- Must be able to register with AGLC if not currently registered
