Host

THE ROLE
- Responsible for greeting the guests, seating them and explaining any specials or other relevant information.
- Schedules dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for diners.
- Assigns work tasks and coordinates activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service to patrons.
- Also assist the servers and aisle attendants where necessary (i.e.: clearing plates, setting tables)
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have previous customer service experience, preferably in a related environment
- Must have excellent guest service skills
- Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours/day
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 30 lbs
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not necessary
