Casino Host
THE ROLE
Reporting to Corporate Player Development, the Casino Host will be responsible for developing professional relationships with players. They will work with customers to determine how to create an even better experience for the guest. He/she will offer patrons information regarding house and AGLC rules.

Implement Superior Customer Service on a daily basis

Experience in creating memorable wow experiences
Excels in the Resorts Circle of Service Program
Solves Customer Complaints on a daily basis
Creates databases with information on regular players.
Help plan and host casino parties and events.
Informs guests of special events coming to the casino via e-mail, phone calls, and establishing a word of mouth network.
Assist in bridging both casino rules & AGLC T&Cs with players so that their time at River Cree will be an enjoyable experience
Works with appropriate management to become knowledgeable on new changes to policy, procedure, or AGLC guidelines.
THE INDIVIDUAL
Interpersonal Skills- The ability to work with a large number of customers and associates on a daily basis.
Professionalism- As a representative of the casino the Casino Host must act in a professional manner at all times.
Communication (Multilingual)- The Casino Host must have good overall communication skills in English (verbal, written, spoken), but also would be an asset to be able to communicate in other languages such as Cantonese, Mandarin, and Vietnamese.
Good Computer Skills, understands MS Office applications such as MS Word and MS Access.
Minimum 5 years experience in delivering quality guest service (Guest Service/Customer Service manager, Customer Service Representative).
Understands all major casino table games and rules.
Understands Casino Operations (Food and Beverage, Table Games, Slots, Poker)
Has an understanding of the AGLC gaming guidelines.
Experience in a Supervisory or Management role.
The Schedule for this position may vary and would require the ability to work shift work, late nights, weekends and holidays. .
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Works within a smoky environment.
Work primarily evenings, weekends, and holidays.
