 THE COMPANY

River Cree Resort and Casino is a full-service/state of the art hotel and entertainment establishment located

on the Enoch Nation (outside of Edmonton, Alberta).  You will be involved in creating a culture based on

outstanding customer service and customer loyalty. 

 

THE ROLE

Working with the Guests Services Team, the Casino Concierge personal will act as an ambassador to

all patrons entering via the Marriot Entrance. Casino Concierge will check in all Casino Guests staying at

the hotel, act as an information station for the Casino and our amenities, and sign up new perspective

players. Truly this area will act as an extension of the PlayersClub located within the Casino. The current

bell stand will be converted to the new “Players Club – Casino Concierge”.

  • Welcome all customers
  • Information hub for Casino, and resort amenities (Live, Venue, Sage, & TAP 25)
  • Review benefits of Players Club...
  • New Player Card signup’s - will act as an extension of Players Club. Bonus “gift” or “points” for signing up Marriott Hotel guest.
  • Express check in for Casino rooms booked (prepare all keys in advance for Casino room blocks and all pre-packaged items)
  • VIP arrival (limo usage) associate will great customer at limo and walk into resort
  • Preparation of itinerary for Casino guests
  • Liaison with Players Club & Casino hosts
  • All responsibilities associated with Guest  Services
